The SDSS Center for Computation governance team consists of one or more faculty directors, the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability Chief Information Officer (CIO), and a governance group containing one faculty representative from each department.
The CIO, with oversight and input from the director(s) and faculty governance group, is the primary operational manager of the SDSS Center for Computation resource activities. The governance group and directors serve as the primary liaisons between individual research groups in their respective departments and SDSS Center for Computation leadership. The SDSS Center for Computation governance team routinely solicits input and feedback from the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability research community members in order to inform future investments, identify resource gaps, and maintain appropriate resource alignment with research needs.
